Endowment Fund

The Connecticut Academy of Family Physicians presents Endowment Fund Awards to medical students from the State of Connecticut. These awards are presented annually at the Annual Meeting that is held during the Annual Scientific Symposium. Students interested in applying for an Endowment Fund Award should contact Phyllis Darby at the CAFP office. The Endowment Fund Committee is co-chaired by Drs. Joseph and Craig Czarsty of Oakville, Connecticut.
